Your order will not be accepted until Verdedad confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for acceptance of your order. Please thoroughly review your order prior to shipment, as Verdedad may not be able to give rise to cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify in any way, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email, billing address, or phone number provided when placing the order. Your purchases are subject to returns or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export for commercial purposes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events that are not within our control. Once we deliver the products to the carrier, ownership and risk are with you.

Greenhouse's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Greenhouse, its affiliates, or its licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written consent of Verdedad.

SECTION 9: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Verdedad is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Verdedad. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales that take place between you and Verdedad, including injury, damage, or loss caused by products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with Verdedad.
