Refund policy

At Verdedad we want you to have full confidence in every purchase. Our commitment is to offer you a transparent, simple and close experience. If something isn't exactly as you expected, we provide you with a clear and fair return policy, because the truth is also reflected in our service.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the address hola@verdedad.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please review your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions / non-return items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes

The quickest way to make sure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase from the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will let you know when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and cash your refund.
