Shipping policy

At Verdedad, we treat every order with the same care with which we grow our olive trees. We want your oil to arrive in perfect condition and on time, reflecting the quality and dedication that characterizes us.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. During special campaigns or periods of high demand, this period may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipments within Spain

We ship to the entire Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Delivery times are usually 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

• Standard shipping (Peninsula): 10,00 €
• Free shipping on orders over €80

Responsible packaging

Our products are carefully packaged with recyclable or reusable materials, to protect both your order and the environment. Each bottle travels safely, protected and with the same respect with which it was made.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can know the status of the shipment at all times.

Delays or incidents

If your order takes longer than usual or you notice any problems with delivery, please write to us at hola@verdedad.com indicating your order number. We will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

International Shipping

If you wish to purchase Verdedad from another country, you can contact us and we will inform you of the corresponding rates for international shipments.
